“Earth has music for those who listen”
George Santayana
The problem
Today’s cities are unsustainable.
Over 56% of the world’s population now lives in cities, a figure expected to rise to 70% by 2050. At the same time, nature is declining at an unprecedented rate: nearly one million species are at risk of extinction within the next decade, and just 3% of the world’s ecosystems remain functionally intact.
The balance has been lost, environmental pressure is intensifying and the way we build and live must change.
Lost Gardens began as a creative brief—but as the fires swept through Los Angeles, it became something else entirely. Watching our homes grow fragile, the idea of sanctuary became urgent. What started as inspiration turned into purpose. This wasn’t just a project we wanted to do—it was one we had to do.

The solution
The cities of tomorrow will embrace nature and celebrate people, living in harmony. Reflecting rhythms of the natural world, we are creating a new model for sustainable cities.
“To restore stability to our planet,
